These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Bubble Tickets, operated by BUBBLETIX MARKETING (SSM Registration No. 202403250940 / JM1012175-V), a business registered in Malaysia. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Bubble Tickets provides event ticketing and fulfilment services, helping customers secure tickets to concerts and live events across Asia. We may source tickets on your behalf or provide tickets from our own inventory. We are not the event organiser or promoter.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your order.
All prices are displayed transparently at checkout.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer, e-wallet, and other methods shown at checkout.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been verified.

3. Delivery of Tickets

E-tickets are delivered within 24 hours of payment verification via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. For certain venues, physical tickets or specific collection arrangements may apply, and we will notify you accordingly.

4. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, if we are unable to secure your tickets, you receive a full refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and contact information.
Comply with the venue's admission rules (age limits, ID requirements, etc.).
We are not responsible for denied entry resulting from a customer's own error or failure to meet venue requirements.

6. Liability

We are not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the organiser. Where an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will pass on any refund we receive from the organiser to you.

7. Prohibited Use

Tickets are for personal use. Fraudulent orders or use of false information may result in cancellation without refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
