1. If We Cannot Secure Your Tickets

For orders where we source tickets on your behalf, if we are unable to obtain the tickets, you will receive a full refund within 3 working days, returned via your original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Customer

You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided we have not yet purchased the tickets on your behalf.
After tickets have been secured or delivered, orders are generally non-refundable, as tickets are typically non-returnable to the source.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will pass on any refund we receive from the organiser to you. If an event is postponed, your ticket normally remains valid for the new date.
