Ticketing-platform account details, including the account email and password, for events where the official platform is name-bound and requires the ticket to be purchased under your own verified account. We only ask for this where that specific event requires it, and the requirement is stated on that event’s page before you order.

To verify payments and register tickets where required

To sign in to the official ticketing platform on your behalf, where you have given us your account details for a name-bound event

3. Data Sharing

We only share your information where necessary to fulfil your order — for example, providing attendee details to a ticketing platform for registration. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security & Retention

We store your information securely and limit access to authorised purposes only. Payment records and order data are kept for as long as needed for legitimate business, accounting and legal purposes, and are then deleted.

Account passwords: where you provide ticketing-platform account details for a name-bound event, we use them only to purchase or retrieve your ticket, and we do not use them for anything else. We recommend you change that password yourself once your ticket has been delivered. You may ask us to delete the stored details at any time.

5. Cookies

Our site uses only the browser storage needed for the site to work — for example remembering your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with the PDPA.
